ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel)

1. Composition & Structure

  • Material: ACP consists of two thin layers of aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core (Polyethylene (PE) or Fire-Resistant (FR) mineral core).

  • Core Types:

    • PE Core (Standard) – General use, lower fire resistance.

    • FR Core (Fire-Retardant) – Enhanced fire resistance, suitable for high-rise buildings.

  • Surface Coating: PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) or Polyester (PE) coatings for durability and weather resistance.

2. Key Features

  • Lightweight & Strong: High strength-to-weight ratio.

  • Weather & Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for exterior and interior applications.

  • Fire Retardant Options: Available with FR core for enhanced fire safety.

  • Aesthetic Appeal: Wide range of colors, textures, and finishes (wood, stone, mirror, metallic, glossy, matte, etc.).

  • Easy to Install & Maintain: Simple fabrication (cutting, bending, and drilling).

  • Cost-Effective: Affordable alternative to solid aluminum or other facade materials.
